All of us at Bolt for the Heart would like to thank you for being a part of our 11th annual Bolt for the Heart family Thanksgiving 5k. There were so many great things about this year’s race including the weather! Thank you to our continued great relationship and presenting sponsors IU Health and Performance Services. IU Health even raised the bar with a generous, additional donation of 45 AEDs! Orange Theory Fitness continued their tremendous support with an army of participants and goal achieving money raise. They will be donating 15 AED’s! We had over 40 small teams of 5-26 people running and creating family memories. And finally, thank you to each of you who donated above and beyond whether it was $5 or $3000.00. Many of you bought AED’s through our Hometown Hero program. This list keeps growing every year and is so humbling to see this generosity. To the IMPD, Indiana Sheriffs Team and Carmel Police Departments. Thank you for your help AND for what you do each day in keeping us safe.
We are pleased to announce that we will be placing AED’s directly into our Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and Laporte County Sheriff Patrol vehicles. These devices will save lives. Final counts will be determined soon.
